7 Chakras

Chakra, whose root word comes from "circle" and "wheel", is translated as chakra or qi hexagram, and is considered to be the wheels of free-flowing positive energy. In the concept of Indian yoga, it refers to the energy centers distributed in various parts of the human body.

The seven chakras are the main energy centers of the body. When all our chakras are open, energy can move freely through them and there is harmony between body, mind and spirit.

Indian philosophy holds that the chakras exist in the body and govern the functioning of the mind and body at the same time. Affects both physical and psychological emotional aspects. It has a close relationship with color, corresponding to the seven colors of the rainbow from bottom to top, and derives color therapy. It means to use color energy in life to perform natural therapy on the body and mind, giving physical and mental comfort and returning to a healthy state of balance.

1 The Root Chakra corresponds to red and represents stability. A blocked root chakra can manifest as a physical or emotional problem. When it's consistent and open, we feel grounded and safe, both physically and emotionally.

2. The Sacral Chakra corresponds to orange, which represents creativity and is related to our sense of self-worth.

3. The Solar Plexus Chakra corresponds to yellow, representing self-esteem and self-confidence.

The third chakra is our personal power chakra. This means it has to do with our self-esteem and confidence.

4. The Heart Chakra corresponds to green, representing love and compassion. It is the middle of the seven chakras, so it bridges the gap between our upper and lower chakras, and it also represents our ability to love and connect with others. When inconsistent, it can leave us feeling lonely, insecure and isolated.

5. The Throat Chakra corresponds to cyan and is associated with communication, self-expression and authenticity. The throat chakra, which gives voice to the heart chakra, controls our ability to communicate personal power. When it works at full capacity, it allows us to express ourselves authentically and clearly. People with a blocked throat chakra find it difficult for them to find the words to express their true feelings.

6. The Third Eye corresponds to blue and is related to intuition and imagination. The third eye chakra, controls our ability to see the big picture and connect with intuition. Think of it as the eye of the soul: it records information beyond the surface.

7. The Crown Chakra corresponds to purple and is related to consciousness and wisdom. The Saja Chakra is considered the chakra of enlightenment and represents our connection to life purpose and spirituality. Those with blocked Sahasrara may appear narrow-minded, skeptical, or stubborn. When this chakra is open, it is believed to help keep all other chakras open and bring happiness and enlightenment to the person.
