Australian Jade

Australian jade refers to a kind of green chalcedony produced in Australia. It is cryptocrystalline quartz and translucent. Australian jade is apple green or pinkish green due to nickel oxide, with fine and uniform texture and uniform color. 

The English word chrysoprase comes from the Greek words "chrysos" and "prason".   

Australian jade is the most common jade variety in nature and one of the oldest jade varieties in human history.  

Origin: 

Its main production areas are in the Malipolo and Kalguer deposits in Australia. In addition, the United States, Brazil, and the former Soviet Union also have output.
